Deck Apprentice
Start your career in the trades with hands-on training and real experience. Perfect for self-starters looking to learn, grow, and work outdoors with a skilled team.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Assist with measuring, cutting, and framing.
✔️ Support the lead builder on various tasks.
✔️ Load and organize materials and tools.
✔️ Learn the trade through on-site experience.
✔️ Maintain clean, safe job sites.
Requirements:
✔️ No experience needed — we’ll train you.
✔️ Willingness to learn and show up on time.
✔️ Good attitude and work ethic.
✔️ Ability to lift (75 lbs), move, and stay active.
